Contract of sale
A contract of sale is reached once payment has been made.

Orders
All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale as outlined below.

Prices
All prices will be charged at the published price current at the date of order and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Law
All disputes arising of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia & Montenegro and Kenyan laws.

Delivery
Delivery times given are only estimates and we assume no liability for delays in delivery however caused.

Returns
You may return goods within 30 days of receiving your order and a full refund less shipping costs will be made. This can only be done for items purchased through Africa contact ltd

Simply email our site to obtain a RA (return authorization) number, provide these details of the order:
- Order Number
- Order date
- Your name
- Your email address
- Original shipping document received with order

Items exchange
We exchange items that are defective or damaged if the request is made with 30 days after receipt. Beyond this period, items a restocking fee will be charged which is subject to the rate set by Africa contact ltd.

After 60 days of receipt we can not accept these items for return or exchange.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Pack the items securely in a box. Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.

All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
